I have one.
I fight very hard to keep it under control though because as we’ve aged together and hit our quarter century, I’ve learnt that you can’t just fly off the handle at every little thing that irks you. Especially when it involves your boss.
Unfortunately, controlling the rage monster means that there’s all this unspent energy bursting to get out and so, the only way this ends up happening is by bursting into angry tears.
This was going to be relevant but then I remembered there might be unwanted eyes wandering over these letters for a bit so I’ll have to tell you all the whole story at a later stage. When other people have gotten tired of controlling their monsters and finally take them elsewhere. I’m told this should be soon. I can’t wait because this means I get to talk about different kinds of abuse and the toll they take on a person.
And you know what? I really regret NOT burning some bridges.
Enough of this cryptic nonsense though.

Nah, I’ve always viewed Not Burning Down Bridges as quite important. That said, I’ve never been against letting them crumble away all on their own either…
Hmm – time to get cryptic & philosophical, hey?
Sometimes it is better to let things go, but only if you’re sure that you can manage without them forever.
P.S. Try having a rage monster when you have two small kids. And count to 10.

Hmm I think it might be easier to let it go and not still have the desire to kick arse once friends are away from it as well. Right now I hear about them and their issues and it just makes it quite impossible to let it slide onto the back burner.
6k – I assume it’s the desire not to break your own kids that stops it?
Feel free to rage at me.. I am kinda used to it
I havent actually personally burnt bridges.. but have been a victim of others throwing their torches at the bridge whilst I was still on it.
Will be back in the morrow for the decrypted version…
