I’m as cynical and skeptical of everything as the next nutcase. Really. I am beyond happy that I can say that, without a doubt, I am not a conspiracy theorist. You guys should be writing fiction with some of the elaborate, illogical and downright stupid ideas you come up with. Do you honestly not have anything better to do? Real life isn’t a Mel Gibson movie so chances are, you really really do.
So please do it and take a minute to think a little bit before just spouting out some bullshit simply because the news started at 21:01 one night instead of at 21:00 on the dot. Let’s have some limits shall we?
I know it’s a short post today but I’m really excited about the possibilities of something happening. Sure, every other day was a let down but today might be different 
That being said, I’m not completely in the mood to go on a full blown rant about ridiculous conspiracy theories. Feel free to do your part in the comments though. Actually, I welcome it. Let’s call it a project. All you have to do is tell me the worst theory you’ve ever heard.

I disagree.
I’m very much pro loonies and conspiracy theorists.
We need to ask questions, because, even if it’s only 1 in a 10000 times, someone will ask the right question. If we all ignore the things that interest us, or seem even remotely out of the ordinary, what are we doing?
“You saw nothing! Keep moving, back to work please.”
I embrace new ideas (especially the crazy ones).
If no one asked the strange questions, we’d be limited to boring answers.
I realise that wasn’t the core of this post… :p but it was the bit that hooked me in.

I’m all good with it when it makes sense and there’s been some proper thought behind it. Those that I am referring to here are just plain nonsensical though, drives me bloody batty.
Of course, better there be an abundance of stupid theories than an abundance of censorship and the strangling of free thought etc.

I must admit to getting seriously peeved when schedules are not adhered to- it screws with my PVR dontchaknow!!
As for theories… I think the one that has annoyed me the most over the years is the one about the “Illuminati”… the group of international elites controlling and manipulating governments, industry and media organizations worldwide.
Then again, I’m not 100% convinced they landed on the moon. With the technology of a pop-up toaster I think it may have been a little difficult…
