Animals can’t speak and in this day and age, can’t look after themselves when abandoned or abused. People can. Except for kids, I donate to kids.

Actually – and I’m being serious here – I have a policy of not donating to animal charities. I prefer to donate to human ones.

Actually, your irritating scorn aside, they have posters up in their office explaining to people that they’re trying to raise these funds, beyond that they haven’t actually gone out to ask for the money.

It’s just me on my own little personal mission. Now stop bitching, skip one of those concerts you continually go to and donate the money instead.

You might be helping to fatten up your Easter meal.

This is an awesome idea. I truly think that they have hit the nail on the head by asking for help at this time of the year. And it’s great that the public can benefit from this too.
I mean – who can afford a turkey at the moment?
