As you all know, my Indefatigable Optimist design never won the Springleap contest. You all know mainly because you didn’t see me gloating about winning for a month. This left me with a bit of a dilemma.
The problem I now faced was that the design ended up being liked by a few people and they actually wanted the shirt. Now while I can’t get you the exact design that appeared on the mock up at the time, I’ve managed to arrange something pretty close.
All of this pretty much leads to you looking up at the top of the page at the menu where you will now see a “Buy Shirts!” link which will lead you to a place that will allow you to purchase the Indefatigable Optimist Tees.
Yep. That’s right. A place. Unfortunately, I haven’t figured out a sustainable way of doing Goblin Created merchandise on my own yet but I am working on it. By purchasing a Tee, mousepad or overly large bag through that link though, you’ll be helping me figure it out a lot quicker…because you know, money will motivate me.
Funnily enough, the really awesome part is that including shipping, these tees are actually cheaper to buy than what they would have cost otherwise. That’s just something for you to keep in mind.
UPDATE: I’ve been busy today and the Buy Shirts page, which is now “Buy Shirts and Stuff!”, now gives you some options.
You can either purchase Tees and various items including drinking containers such as water bottles and beer steins from the Goblin Cove store at Printfection
OR
You can purchase from Zazzle.
Both stores offer tshirts and other items, some of which are the same and some of which are different but the important thing is is that you have a choice.
And keep an eye on the page because new designs will be added. There is a very special one in the works as we speak.

+1 for Printfection. Now if only people would some of my shirts too, but you know I guess I’ll stay an Indefatigable Optimist. ^_^
Ag sweetie pie, if I had a credit card I would have ordered yours already cos I’m really digging a couple there. I will sort something out soon!
This is interesting. A cool idea.
Have you personally used Zazzle? What are their prices for postage to SA? We need an SA alternative to this.
6000´s last blog ..Dear Web Africa. Goodbye.
I’ve had someone send me stuff, not sure about the cost of postage there. Printfection’s postage on Tees seems to be a flat $7 though so I imagine Zazzle should be around the same price.
And yes we need a local alternative, it’s something to work on
Now thats cool!
