I can't wait for the Alien overlords – WARNING. NOT FOR THE FAINT HEARTED.

I received one of those annoying emails this week, you know, a forward with a long story on and a link to a petition. I made the mistake of reading it.

If I had the money, I would fly to South America and commit murder. There is actually no if and or why about it, I WOULD.

For those of you who live in a hole, here’s the story:

In the 2007, the ‘artist’ Guillermo Vargas Habacuc, took a dog from
> the street, he tied him to a rope in an art gallery, starving him
> to death.
>
> For several days, the ‘artist’ and the visitors of the exhibition
> have watched emotionless the shameful ‘masterpiece’ based on the
> dog’s agony, until eventually he died.
> Does it look like art to you?
>
> But this is not all… the prestigious Visual Arts Biennial of the
> Central American decided that the ‘installation’ was actually art,
> so that Guillermo Vargas Habacuc has been invited to repeat his
> cruel action for the biennial of 2008.

I have never been so disgusted with the human race in my life.
I can’t fucking wait for the alien overlords to arrive and wipe every one of us out.
You know, it’s not even that the man did this that I find the most distasteful, there are sick fucks out there,
it’s that NOT A SINGLE PERSON lifted a finger to untie that dog.
And what does the ‘artist’ have to say?

“Hello everyone. My name is Guillermo Habacuc Vargas. I am 50
years old and an artist. Recently, I have been critisized for my work
titled “Eres lo que lees”, which features a dog named Nativity. The
purpose of the work was not to cause any type of infliction on the
poor, innocent creature, but rather to illustrate a point. In my home
city of San Jose, Costa Rica, tens of thousands of stray dogs starve
and die of illness each year in the streets and no one pays them a second thought.

Now, if you publicly display one of these starving creatures, such as the case with Nativity, it creates a backlash that brings out a big of hypocrisy in all of us. Nativity was a very sick creature and would have died in the streets anyway.

Does that mean I can take a starving person off the street and tie them up because they were going to die anyway?

Bastard. I wish I could kill you myself.

There’s more pictures at the following link but if you’re like me, you’ll just feel more sick and enraged:

Pictures of a sick fucks idea of art.

He might as well have used a baby, to illustrate a point about babies dying everywhere.

    The poor dog!!!!

Sorry, my brain just imploded quietly.

I am telling you, I have never felt more murderous.

  3. 6000 says:

The worst bit is, that dog could have fed several starving people. Not now though.

I’d like to think that art is not a particularly generous mistress and that maybe someone will tie up Guillermo on a street corner to slowly perish, bringing out the hypocrisy in all of us as we realise we could have saved him simply by buying a photo.

  4. Goblin says:

Or our starving people can feed all the starving animals :P

A lot of people have expressed the desire to do the same to him…me…I just want to kill him.

  5. Tamara says:

What’s worse than one sick freak is the bunch of wankers that are letting him re-create this heinous crime for a biennial celebration.

    I agree :/
